Warranty and Service

Unless otherwise noted, all of the products we sell have a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

We are very confident that the product you have purchased will bring you a lot of enjoyment and serve you for a long time, as each product passes additional QC check prior to shipment. Our warranty allows Blazon Sporting Goods customers to send the products purchased to be serviced/replaced within a year of the date of purchase if such damages are a result of defects in materials or workmanship. Blazon Sporting Goods reserves a right to forward customer warranty request to the manufacturer. We recommend that all items that shipped with your product be kept for the duration of the warranty including all paperwork and the original packaging.

Return, exchange and repair of products are carried out according to the conditions stipulated by United States law and the terms of this warranty.

What is Covered:
  • Defects in materials and workmanship;
  • Parts and Labor necessary to repair your product.
What is not Covered:
  • Shipping charges;
  • Damage caused by any activity that is clearly prohibited in the “Do Not” section of the product manual;
  • Physical damage caused by activities of excessive force including damage caused by dropping the product or applying excessive force;
  • Damages caused by fire, natural disaster, etc.
  • Wear on most products is unavoidable and normal wear usually isn’t covered under the warranty.
The Following Will VOID Your Warranty:
  • The ownership of a products purchased in transferred;
  • The product is altered/modified in any way;
  • Any full or partial disassembly of the product.
  • Any repairs made not by Blazon Sporting Goods personnel;
  • Product malfunctions due to abuse, poor care, or improper storage.
  • Using the product for purposes other than its intended use.
